At Renew Center of Florida we believe that every human being is equipped with strengths and resources to achieve complete joy, fulfillment, and purpose in life. To accomplish this task, inner healing is needed to soothe areas of internal and external experiences of fragmentation, and remove the negative tendencies that get interfere with recovery. And as we undertake this work, we need a strong technical support team to help us reprogram and conquer the strength of the eating disorder voice, as would a computer or any other highly sensitive mechanism, to help us navigate through complex internal and external relational processes.

Recovery is more than a new way of thinking about one's life or body. In fact, it usually, if not always involves self-transformation of the individual and family system. This is not something that happens on an abstract or theological level; instead, it takes place between ourselves the problem(s), and other people and personal experiences. While many individuals attempt to accomplish this task on their own, their efforts are often superficial. They may find themselves repeating the mantras "I can do this on my own" or "I don't need help", when in actuality few individuals recovery spontaneously without the help of proper support systems.

At Renew Center of Florida we have developed a unique approach to the treatment of a variety of mental health and relationship issues such as eating disorders, trauma, addictions, and behavioral health concerns, or life cycle issues that uniquely blend eastern and western philosophies of healing and with an emphasis on collaboration, creativity, discovery, and utilization of your strengths and resources to aid your recovery. Our program core emphasizes principles of vitality and brief therapy strategies that individuals can learn and integrate into their lives long after treatment is over. They include methods of developing knowledge and techniques to outwit problem areas and quickly change their course to achieve relief and happiness.

Our staff of experienced professionals are extraordinarily well trained and oriented to a variety of proven techniques and treatment strategies and do not specifically advocate one over the other. Instead we have found that treatment works best when uniquely designed according to the needs, mindset, and considerations of the individual and family system. Therefore, our treatment providers are equipped to help individuals and their families utilizing a plethora of therapeutic approaches designed to offer new openings for possibilities to emerge in a relatively brief period of time, followed by ongoing maintenance and support.
